I have had too many issues with CR in the past and recently. The employees are rude and the managers are even worse! They constantly roll their eyes, talk back, and make fun of customers! I love some of the items they sell, but the more I go there I tell myself it's not worth going back.
Discuss the issues you have had with Charlotte Russe and work with their customer service team to find a resolution. The Charlotte rousse in Miami Florida dolphin mall has terrible customer service. The woman at the register and the manager stole three dollars and denied that they still had it and claimed to have given it back. They are terrible and i wouldn't recommend this Charlotte rousse to anyone. It is terrible when a manager cannot step in and do the right thing. This store is under bad management and needs a new manager as soon as possible.

Now today i'm asking the company to compensate me of the money I lost to the old company and they will not. I am frustrated since it is under the same name but different company that they will not allow this. I'll show all my proof that this gift card is valid. The customer service is here is unreliable, rude, and lazy.
I contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they gave me no answer, because they simply don't know what's going on in their company. I wrote several complaints to their email, all of them were left unanswered, unfortunately. I finally get the package more than 2 weeks after the original order date and again ITS ING WHITE. I dont have the time to go all the way to the post office and return it again.

The cost of transportation to get to and from the post office TWICE is more than the cost of the dress so its useless at this point. Im a black female, so u know how that made me feel. I didnt make the purchase at that store. I went to West County Mall and didnt have a problem at all. So thumbs up to the employees that helped me. Never will go back to the Chesterfield location. I don't appreciate being treated this way at all I walked out after being told I was lazy, even though I showed up every single day.
Someone needs to get a hold of them, they would be the reason why sales are affected. I even contacted customer service a second time after they took a while to ship out the "correct" dress. Hi I would like to know why charlotte russe store 61 cutting off people hours .when they hiring more people . They give you all the dirty work to do!!! The managment is horrible and all they do is talk and give you attitude!! They dont respect you and only insult you.
Neither executives in corporate office or customer service ever call back.. I was in your store in Fayetteville, NC on yesterday and watched your shift manager or what ever she was name Leathea treat several customer very poorly. The first thing she did was send out the store worker that basically accused these three young african american young ladies of stealing one shoe! When the young ladies got up set she thought it was very funny!
I went into their store last weekend to return some jeans. I did not have the card I recently purchased it with so the lady gave me a merchandise credit card and said I can use it online anytime. I tried to use it online today to purchase my items but the it said information not found. So I called their customer service line and they said I would have to get in contact with the store manager. I did that to be only told that I can only use it in store and that it will not work online.
Can Charlotte Russe company started making there shoes and half-size because i love there shoes so much but the 9 is too tight and the size 10 is way to big. I am so happy that somebody posted about the Charlotte Russe Tanforan management. I also worked there and I know 3 more people who were fired with the same reason! The managers, Stina and Nina, are power tripping. I'm going to make a formal complaint about the Charolotte Russe in Plaza Bonita Mall, in National City, CA...job seekers beware.

Before the old Charlotte Ruse had shut down I tried to use my gift card however they did not allow me too.
I ordered 2 pair of jeans well about a month ago. When they arrived they did not fit like I thought they would so I returned them. It has now been over 2 weeks, and I have not received any notifications that the have received them. When I got a response the first time, they asked whats my tracking number...I gave them that, and a week later nothing.
