Charolotte Russe is engagin in unethical hiring practices. My granddaughter was hired, she worked one night on Black Friday, and was never put on the schedule. They kept giving her the run around...to call this day, to come in that day. One day, the person claimed she was going to put my granddaughter in the system, but then claimed the system wouldn't let her.
Every time I ask for a dressing room the employee gives me bad looks for no reason, like she is blaming me for making her do her job. They are very unprofessional, constantly talking and sitting around while clients are looking for help. The last time I was there the manager was running back and forth trying on outfits to go out that night and all of the employees were gathered around talking about their plans .

Hi I would like to know why charlotte russe store 61 cutting off people hours .when they hiring more people . They give you all the dirty work to do!!! The managment is horrible and all they do is talk and give you attitude!! They dont respect you and only insult you.
And I will be following up to make sure action is taken against these people. It's so disappointing to hear employees saying such nasty comments. I was hired to be the assistant manager at the Outlet location in Cypress TX. Initially Bee, the woman that hired me was kind but very fast paced. Few days into working with her, I began to hear extremely harsh racial slurs, noticed that she only spoke to another woman from head office, Rachel, and the other black employee we had.

Ive been there for almost two months and i am leaving. I have three years off retail experience n never had i been threw so much crap. Every time I go into the Fayetteville, NC store they have an attitude. The girls there are rude and lack professionalism.
The man had no clue what he was talking about and didn't care to understand the situation. This is not how a real business is run and this isn't the first time I've heard of problems with charlotte russe. They are so desperate to keep my 20 bucks then solve a problem and keep a customer. I went shopping at the San Marcos, TX Charlotte Russe Outlet this past Sunday.

She and Rachel both made hate comments about Hispanics and white people right there in the store where we can hear them. I have to say I work at the location in Vernon hills il an reading these comments is very hard an unsettling. We're a great company an for me, my manager is on top of everything. The store is always stoppable an we have had great complements on the store an us as employees. Contact the regional managers an file your complaints, an I'm sorry you all had to go through that all but I know we only want to help an serve our customers. I've seen others and myself feel uncomfortable and targeted when I'm minding my own business just to shop and get out.
The cost of transportation to get to and from the post office TWICE is more than the cost of the dress so its useless at this point. The staff is rude, incompetent, and trashy. I recently had a situation where the assistant manager rang up an item wrong. I brought the item back and was talked down to by both the assistant manager and the manager. After all the drama I could care less about their store credit. I even called customer service and was treated the same way.

The woman at the register and the manager stole three dollars and denied that they still had it and claimed to have given it back. They are terrible and i wouldn't recommend this Charlotte rousse to anyone. It is terrible when a manager cannot step in and do the right thing. This store is under bad management and needs a new manager as soon as possible.
Im a black female, so u know how that made me feel. I didnt make the purchase at that store. I went to West County Mall and didnt have a problem at all. So thumbs up to the employees that helped me. Never will go back to the Chesterfield location. I don't appreciate being treated this way at all I walked out after being told I was lazy, even though I showed up every single day.
Horrible customer service I would not recommend shopping there. A girl from Cherlotte Russe Tanforan was fired because apparently she wasn't able to attend a store meeting. The former employee gave her availability to her manager Stina Marshall and she kept on giving her hours on days when she isn't available, which BTW happened three times. She was even told to find replacements for those shifts even when it was her manager's fault. The store meeting was scheduled on the day when she had to go to school and her knows that she can't work during Mondays.
